Sometimes, turning a day on its head is the answer. Today, letting someone else cook me breakfast was just the start. Allowing the World to come to me paid dividends. Not stressing when it was apparent that everybody else wanted to do just that. Stopping for supplies and taking a moment. Finding different ways to produce the same result.
Looking after myself ended up as a priority. The results, although not brilliant, are a distinct improvement. Tomorrow, someone else can assess a potential injury and help me make the right decision. I’ll talk to a grown up like I’m one of their tribe, even though it’s a lie. If there’s luck in the air, an issue can be dodged.
Take a break from the normal routine, then reap the dividends.
