On difficult days, memory returns to happier times. One might argue that this is not the means by which problems are solved or issues resolved, but time has shown that by using the positive, negative outcomes can be more satisfactorily addressed.
At this moment in time, mental health is occupying a significant portion of my thoughts. Being able to function successfully is tough when tired, but patterns are beginning to emerge that point to a fundamental shift in understanding. Exercise and routine have become part of a more significant whole.
On reflection, this is something that deserves a more esoteric discussion under the remit of the Arguto ‘project’ and so, starting tomorrow, we’ll make a space for that.
